* Concessionary members include students and individuals 65 years old and over. Students must be in full time education and provide proof of student identification. Individuals who are 65 years+ must provide identification showing date of birth, e.g. passport or driver’s license.

Note:

Please note: traveling to Germany has recently been made much difficult. Except for citizens of EU and US which can easily travel to Germany, you may need to apply for Schengen Visa which implicitly means that it cost you a minimum of 4-8 weeks of waiting time.

A laptop with Windows and PowerPoint, a remote control, and a laser pointer will be available to all presenters. If you require any other equipment for your presentation (e.g. slide projector or Internet access), please provide details
